This place was not at all what I expected. I just googled a spot with vegan options and met a really nice chef that definitely delivered as far as skill but the menu changes everyday and you can either order what she cooked, or not! Might be taboo for some but it was so good that I will be back! Also if u go there and enjoy yourself as much as me, do your part

This is not just a restaurant but a vibrant community institution that brings the entire community together over delicious, hearty, fresh cooked food. Tricklebee does more to unify the community and break down barriers of racism, redlining, and bigotry, and then all of our politicians and business leaders combined. The community programming that Tricklebee hosts, such as the Clean Water Program, community dinners, fundraisers, and more, sets it apart from most other spaces. They 'pay-what-you-can' model is impressive and generates a true sense of community reciprocity that is rare under capitalism.

single vegan menu every day. today was mushroom soup, salad, brownie, lemonade or tea. everything was very good. lovely place, feels like a community center rather than a restaurant.

The work they’re doing for the community is both necessary and greatly appreciated. A big thank you to the workers and owner for the delicious meal, for helping reduce waste, and for offering an affordable dining option in an area with limited choices. I will be supporting this place as much as possible!

The food here is really tasty. It is vegan and gluten free, and they source everything locally. I like my meat, don't get me wrong, and still really enjoyed food. They don't set prices on their menu; rather it is a pay what you can business model. I'm definitely going back there.
